He is the Founder and CEO of Agritecture, an award-winning consulting firm that has worked with over 300 clients in more than 50 countries to accelerate the development of resilient and profitable agricultural ventures. Henry’s expertise lies at the intersection of controlled environment agriculture (CEA), food systems planning, and ag-tech integration, guiding governments, developers, investors, and entrepreneurs through the complex decisions of designing the farms of the future.

As a sought-after keynote speaker, Henry has delivered lectures and moderated panels at major global forums including the UN Food Systems Summit, the World Green Economy Summit, and numerous AgTech investment summits. His firm, Agritecture, is widely recognized for advancing innovative, climate-adaptive strategies that support urban food resilience, regenerative farming, and the next generation of ag-tech entrepreneurs.

A triple citizen and digital nomad, Henry has worked in over 40 countries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
